Last week when collaborating with lovely blogger Joanne for her blog The Stylist and the Wardrobe, I discovered a wonderful new brand that I'm sure you'll all love as well.
We met up for the shoot at St. Paul's cathedral, Joanne dressed in a chic summer travel outfit with her gorgeous new suitcase in tow. The star of today's shoot was the beautiful Steamline Luggage carryon. The minute I set my eyes on the stunning black and brown leather, finished with hints of gold, I knew I had to get my hands on one. I'm a sucker for anything vintage so this suitcase has found itself right at the top of my wish-list for this year!
I wanted to capture the gorgeous carryon in the right setting for its personality - the grandeur of St. Paul's was just ideal. The pale palette of tones Joanne chose for her outfit also went perfectly with the stunning white marble columns and chequered cathedral floor. Isn't it amazing how with the right location you can give something a story and personality? I love how timeless and how much European charm these photos have. Joanne could be on an adventure almost anywhere in Europe... strolling around Paris, brunching in Vienna, sightseeing in Milan....
I guess the only question now is, where will the suitcase take you? ;)
